GDCC is one of the biggest and most prestigious global CATI operations providers on the market. In 2018, the company acquired ORC International, intending to expand the business into the US market.
Lisa Mancini has been driving the transition from ORC to GDCC and is a key member of our leadership team in the US. Lisa has a 30-year call center operations background. Before joining GDCC in 2018, she was Director of Call Center Operations for ORC, and Call Center Manager for CJ Research.
GDCC US has been running part of the workforce remotely for quite a long time but still had physical locations in Cincinnati and Reno. Last year they decided to close Cincinnati, and maintain Reno as the US HQ, and focus on supporting their work-from-home interviewers.
